today’s weather is really nice. I wake up at 6:00 in the morning, and I get up at 7:00 in the morning. before I come outside from my house, just I mentioned, I don’t like to go outside. but now, every time I finish 3 kilometers running, I feel so comfortable and relaxing.

Today is the last day for this month. Before I come to this park, I just feel that I don’t want to get up, I don’t want to wake up early. But now, when I come here, I feel everything feels peaceful, I can enjoy this kind of moment, have the fresh air. Going outside is much better than stay at home.

给孩子买的书籍，没想到价格现在便宜低得难以想象，一套12本，一共两套书。加起来连 20 块钱都不到，我看了一下定价一套是 96，我这还是从新华书店官网买的，可想而知现在的实体书店经营有多么困难，已经没有人看实体书了。

吃了顿大渔铁板烧，味道还可以，但更深的感受是，年纪越大越吃不动了，感觉所有的美味也就是那么回事。

今天周四了，这一周挺忙碌的，主要是陪我爸爸看病检查。父亲来北京主要是为了看心脏和脚脖子，心脏的结果现在还不确定。但脚脖子应该是有方法治疗了。期望下周能有一个好的结果。
